CHW Academy is operated by Comfort Babalogbon, Global Facilitator for CHW Academy.
By using this website, creating an account or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms presented when you book, register or purchase also apply. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will apply to that particular transaction.
2. Nature of Our Content and Services
CHW Academy provides Christian discipleship education, mentoring guidance and relationship-awareness resources. Our content and services do not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, therapy or treatment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and wellbeing. Always seek appropriately qualified professional help where necessary and contact the relevant emergency service if immediate assistance is required. We do not promise that using our resources or services will produce a particular personal, spiritual, relationship or financial outcome.
3. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. Accounts and course access are for the registered user only unless we expressly agree otherwise. We may suspend or close an account where these Terms have been materially breached, the website or another person may be at risk, or fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
5. Bookings, Purchases and Payments
The description, price, payment arrangements and principal features of a paid product or service will be shown before you place an order. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation. If we cannot provide what you ordered, we will contact you and refund any relevant payment. Payments may be processed securely by an external payment provider under that provider’s applicable terms. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights available to consumers.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Services and Bookings
Consumers normally have 14 days from the date a service contract is made to cancel it. If you expressly request that a service begins during this period and later cancel, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided. The cancellation right may end once a service has been fully performed if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that completing the service would end that right.
Digital Content
Consumers normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel digital content that has not been accessed. If you expressly agree to receive immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that doing so ends your cancellation right, that right may end when access or delivery begins. These provisions do not affect your legal rights if a service or digital product is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us using the details below and provide your name, email address and order or booking information. Any additional cancellation arrangements clearly disclosed before a booking or purchase will also apply, provided they do not reduce your statutory rights.
7. Supporter Payments
One-off and recurring supporter payments help CHW Academy continue its work. They are voluntary contributions and do not purchase ownership, membership or control of CHW Academy. You may cancel a future recurring supporter payment through the payment-management method provided or by contacting us. Completed supporter payments are generally not refundable unless a payment was made in error, was unauthorised or a refund is required by law.
8. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and its resources accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, replace, suspend or withdraw website content where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid product or service, we will respect your applicable contractual and statutory rights.
